Charmian Hickman is a fully qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner trained by Trevor Silvester at the internationally acclaimed Quest Institute. Charmian also holds the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) which is the first nationally accredited hypnotherapy qualification, awarded by the National Council for Hypnotherapy.

Charmian uses a mixture of Cognitive Hypnotherapy, EFT and NLP techniques to tailor sessions to the clients’ individual needs, rather than using 'one-size-fits-all' scripts.
