Neuro Linguistic
Programming (NLP) is a useful model of beliefs and techniques that
offer a way to use the mind and body to achieve excellence in learning,
business, counselling, relationships, sports and other experiences of
life.
Hypnotherapy is a
way of relaxing deeply enough to allow communication with the
subconscious mind. Entering a hypnotic trance is actually something we
do every day, each time we daydream. It is this same trance state that
we use in hypnotherapy. The therapist is merely a facilitator whose job
it is to ask questions of the subconscious that will bring about change.
